I can't say enough great things about Mary, the event coordinator at The Shack! From the very beginning of planning our intimate event, she communicated with us every step of the way and was always eager to help in any way she could. She even asked about our event colors and thoughtfully created beautiful centerpieces to match our theme. It's clear that Mary genuinely cares about making every event special, it wasn't just her job, it was her passion. We arrived a couple of hours early to add our own personal touches, and the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to our waiter, Ty, who was absolutely amazing! She handled our large party with ease, professionalism, and a friendly attitude that made everyone feel taken care of. The food was the icing on the cake and was absolutely delicious, all of it! Love this restaurant by the Indian river. It has a fun vibe, and most seating is covered by a roof, which makes it ideal in the rain. Drinks, food and service are very good. The only thing I didn't understand was the valet parking, although complimentary. It's not like there are 300 parking spots or something:) I'd prefer to park my own car in this location.

Went to The Shack last night to host a work dinner for my team and Mary did an absolutely incredible job making the experience perfect for us! I submitted a request to host ~20 people and she worked with me to make the setup exactly what we needed. When we arrived, she had the tables set and ready to go. Service was perfection from Taylor Ann and the food was incredible! They truly seemed to enjoy having us there which only enhanced the experience. We will definitely be back. If you need to host any event, Mary will hook you up!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Prime rib special! Very flavorful, tender, and yummy! 😋 Our waitress Jordan was superb! She was our server last night, while we saw the band Aquina, she's very pleasant, and kept checking on us, (I had the salad bar, I love a good salad bar,) very good service. Today, Sunday, we came for PHOENIX 🐦‍🔥Band, and learned about the Prime Rib special. 3 managers checked on us, asking how everything was. Keep up the excellent customer service!

Great atmosphere with back to back servers was excellent. The service was on point. Great music and outside area. Pricey for the quality of good. The crabs were cold, dry, with no real seasoning. The kid's burger was great, juicy, the bun was pretty tasty and the fries are 10 out of 10. The mahi tacos were delicious with a sweet and savory taste to them. I will return but will try something else.
